By completing your transaction below your subscription to idmypet.com will be renewed for a period of one year (365 total days) from either your original purchase date or from the expiration date of your last renewal. Since idmypet.com does not use automatic re-billing, your credit card will never be billed without your knowledge or prior approval. Therefore, you will receive a courtesy email reminding you about the subscription expiration approximately one month prior to the expiration date.
By completing your transaction below your subscription to idmypet.com will be renewed for a period of one year (365 total days) from either your original purchase date or from the expiration date of your last renewal. Since idmypet.com does not use automatic re-billing, your credit card will never be billed without your knowledge or prior approval. If a subscription with idmypet.com is allowed to lapse or becomes inactive for a period of 30 days, the unique 7 digit ID, all passwords, and the ID and Med-eData databases associated with the device will automatically be deleted from our system. Once deleted this information will no longer be accessible online and can not be recovered. In order to reinstate the account a $5.00 reinstatement fee shall apply. This fee is charged because an idmypet.com staff member will be required to manually re-activate the unique ID number, manually re-allocate space in the database and manually create new files for the ID profile and Med-eData records. Once active, all the data previously in the files will have to be manually re-entered by the user.
Please ensure you always have a valid email on your pet's profile page. To change your email simply go the the "Register" page, input your pet's ID number and password, and make any necessary changes.
