All idmypet.com devices are shipped with an invoice and instruction card included in the box. In the lower left corner of the invoice you'll find the idmypet unique 7 digit ID number, the ID Profile password and the Med-eData password. This information can also be found on the inside of the package insert.
Keep the invoice and package insert in a safe place in case you ever forget the passwords. Additionally, should you ever need to return the device for warranty service, idmypet.com will only accept the return if accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
The invoice number, located directly below the date in the upper right corner of the invoice, is required on the warranty return form when requesting service.
