All idmypet ID devices will be shipped by the United States Post Office Priority Mail Service. We have found this service to be reliable and the most cost effective method of shipping our product worldwide. Unlike many other online vendors idmypet.com does not tack on tons of extra charges for shipping and handling. The standard shipping and handling rate for getting our product to you domestically, including delivery confirmation, is $5.95.
Because our device can be used all over the world idmypet.com also offers worldwide shipping. If you reside in Canada or Mexico the shipping rate will be a flat $14.95 and all other countries in the world will be a flat $17.95. We apologize in advance, however, we currently do not ship to Cuba, North Korea, Somalia, Iran, Lybia, Yemen and the Falklan Islands.
All shipments of the idmypet tracking devices will be shipped with delivery confirmation. This service is included in the $5.95 shipping cost. Delivery confirmation services provide the exact date and time of package delivery taking the guess work out of when or if your package was delivered. An email, generated by the USPS will be forwarded to us and you indicating the exact time and date the package was left at your doorstep. At idmypet.com we resolve to make your online purchasing experience with us as easy and straighforward as possible. Upon receiving your idmypet.com device, check the box for apparent damage. If you notice any damage to the box make note of it. Then, procede to open the package and inspect the device. If you notice damage to the device please do not remove it from its packaging. If possible, we ask that you snap a photo of the damaged box and unit so we may attempt to recover the loss from the Post Office. After snapping a photo of the damaged box and unit please go to our website under the "Warranty Returns" page and forward us an email. We promise to respond within 24 hours.

At idmypet.com we will make every reasonable effort to process and ship your order in a timely fashion, usually within 1 business day. Orders received before 1:00pm PST Monday through Friday may be processed and shipped the same day while orders received after 1:00pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed the following day. Orders received on Fridays after 1:00pm PST will be processed on Saturday while orders received on Sunday will be processed the following Monday. In the event an order is received on a holiday, the order will be processed the following business day.

The ID will appear on your screen when the device is plugged into your computer while the password will be on your invoice which will be in the box. We will also assign you a Med-eData password. ID passwords are 6 characters in length and randomly generated. Med-eData passwords are 5 digits in length and also randomly generated. Your ID number always begins with the number "1". Included in the shipment of your idmypet device you will find two important pieces of documentation, your invoice and your instruction card (which is the package insert). The invoice inludes your unique ID number, your ID password and your Med-eData password. Please note that all passwords are randomly generated by our computer and can not be altered. The instruction card explains, in easy to understand terms, how to activate your device and make the best use of it. Should you ever need to return your idmypet device to us for warranty purposes, you will need your invoice. We're sorry, however, returns without a copy of a valid invoice will not be accepted at any time.
